Sea Quest Reef Day Tour from Cairns

Genuine Customer Reviews powered by Feefo

Service rating:

Booking service was prompt.

Product rating:

Friendly welcome, good briefing on board, safety is paramount, excellent lunch, good care while everyone was in the water. However I have since found that booking direct with the organisation is considerably cheaper than through your organisation, so I won't use Everything Australia again.

Told us we had been upgraded when we confirmed booking night before - but when we arrived said there had been no upgrade - no underwater cameras available on boat - despite there been advertising for them on their web page

Can we swim and snorkel using life jackets?

Comments

You sure can, there will be either jackets or noodles to use while in the water to help you float.

Hello, myself and a friend are thinking about booking for the 18th of August. First, is there availability on that day, we are both certified open water (Hazel is SSI and Alice (me) is PADI), we would like to do two dives each. Also, I have only recently passed my PADI in Corfu last week- i have a log book but my card has not arrived yet. will i still be able to dive by just brining my log book?

Comments

Heya Alice, Well done on passing your PADI open water course and welcome to the world of diving! They will not allow you to dive with just your log book. You will either need to provide your temporary card or they may be able to look you up electronically if the dive school in Corfu have uploaded your certification to PADI's database.

What checks do you do to make sure everyone is on board when you leave the reef to return back to the marina

Do you use antifogging solution on your masks?
Fogging up is such a pain.

Comments

Hi Des, dishwashing detergent is used in the snorkelling masks which helps prevent fogging however anti-fogging solution is available to purchase if you'd like to use that as well.

I am looking to book 8 places, 4 of us can not swim, we will need some one with us at all time, while in water. Just want to book for snorkling. Is it possible for your company?

Comments

Hi Archana, yes the four non swimmers can still go snorkelling on the Reef Quest with Deep Sea Divers Den. In addition to your life jackets and extra floatation aids called noodles, they have guided snorkel trips that have someone in the water with you.

Hi Carrie, unfortunately there is no free pick up offered with Reef Quest. You will need to meet the boat at Cairns Marlin Marina.
