Booking service was prompt.
Product rating:
Friendly welcome, good briefing on board, safety is paramount, excellent lunch, good care while everyone was in the water. However I have since found that booking direct with the organisation is considerably cheaper than through your organisation, so I won't use Everything Australia again.

Excellent communication.

The trip was well organised. The instructors gave sufficient background and there were plenty of safety procedures included in the plan.

Does this tour operate on Christmas Day, December 25, 2019.
Can we swim and snorkel using life jackets?
Comments
Hello, myself and a friend are thinking about booking for the 18th of August. First, is there availability on that day, we are both certified open water (Hazel is SSI and Alice (me) is PADI), we would like to do two dives each. Also, I have only recently passed my PADI in Corfu last week- i have a log book but my card has not arrived yet. will i still be able to dive by just brining my log book?
Comments
Heya Alice, Well done on passing your PADI open water course and welcome to the world of diving! They will not allow you to dive with just your log book. You will either need to provide your temporary card or they may be able to look you up electronically if the dive school in Corfu have uploaded your certification to PADI's database.
What checks do you do to make sure everyone is on board when you leave the reef to return back to the marina
Do you use antifogging solution on your masks?
Fogging up is such a pain.
Comments
Hi Des, dishwashing detergent is used in the snorkelling masks which helps prevent fogging however anti-fogging solution is available to purchase if you'd like to use that as well.
Is scuba diving equipment (for a certified diver) included in the price?
Comments
Hi Jessica. Yes all the scuba dive gear is included in the price when you book either the certified or introductory diving on any of the reef boats departing from Cairns.
What is the maximum number of divers/snorkelers on your boat?
Comments
Hi Susan. Sea Quest holds a maximum of 80 people however each day is different and numbers on board the boat can vary generally between 30 - 70.
Are there any extra costs for diving equipment, or is it covered in the price?
Comments
Hi Jessica, if you are choosing one of the diving options then all your dive equipment is provided for you on board Reef Quest. This is included in the price.
I am looking to book 8 places, 4 of us can not swim, we will need some one with us at all time, while in water. Just want to book for snorkling. Is it possible for your company?
Comments
Hi Archana, yes the four non swimmers can still go snorkelling on the Reef Quest with Deep Sea Divers Den. In addition to your life jackets and extra floatation aids called noodles, they have guided snorkel trips that have someone in the water with you.
Is there any free pick up from the accommodation.
Comments
Hi Carrie, unfortunately there is no free pick up offered with Reef Quest. You will need to meet the boat at Cairns Marlin Marina.
Hi, if we take the package -cruise and 1 intro dive, can we snorkel aft the dive too?

Comments
Hi Cindy,
If you take the cruise and intro dive with Reef Quest you will be able to snorkel after the dive for no additional cost.
