Weather and The Seasons

Located in tropical North Queensland, Cairns enjoys a consistently warm climate with temperatures averaging between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius all year round. While most activities and reef tours operate 12 months of the year, the best time to visit Cairns is during the dry season (usually May - October).
