Everything Travel Group Ltd trading as Everything Australia, does not charge you for the services we provide. All prices quoted are the same as those offered by the activity company directly. If you require more information please contact us.
NO E-TICKET = NO ACTIVITY
The activity company that your reef tour or Cairns activity is booked with will be referred to as 'The Operator'.
1.0 Bookings
1.1 Once you have clicked 'Process my booking' your credit card will be charged the full amount owing. A window will then appear allowing you to check your booking details. Please email us immediately if any details are incorrect. A sales consultant will then process your booking request and send your e-ticket via email promptly. Please note that our office hours are 8am - 8pm 7 days.
1.2 This ticket becomes your proof of payment.
1.3 You must present this e-ticket on the day to 'The Operator' in order to participate in the activity. Failure to present the e-ticket to 'The Operator' may result in you not being allowed to partake in the activity.
1.4 If you are unsure which activity, accommodation or services you require, please contact one of our experienced Cairns based sales consultants for advice before you finalize your booking.

2.0 Your e-ticket
2.1 Once you receive your e-ticket by email please print it.
2.2 You must present your e-ticket to the operator in order to participate in the activities booked.
2.3 Please reconfirm your activity the day before by calling 'The Operator' on the phone number found on the top of your e-ticket, quoting your name and the Everything Travel Group voucher ID number.
2.4 If your activity is weather dependent please call 'The Operator' at least 1 hour before your check in or pick up time for a weather check.

3.0 Cancellations, Changes and No Shows
3.1 If a booking is cancelled by 'The Operator' and you are unable to reschedule then please contact us. Explain the reason for the cancellation and the person you spoke to and if possible your voucher number. We will then offer you a 100% credit so you can realise this tour at a later date or use it towards the cost of another experience offered on our website. Alternatively you can contact us to discuss further action in line with our change and cancellation policy.
3.2 If you need to reschedule or change your booking you will need to call Everything Travel (the number will be on your e-ticket) to get authorization to do so.
3.3 If you cancel your booking then you will need to contact us to request a credit. All credits are entirely at the discretion of the Everything Travel Group. If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time then no credit will be given. We recommend purchasing Change & Cancellation Protection to protect your booking. See Terms & Conditions point 8.0 below.
3.4 'No shows' on the day of your activity will result in you being charged a 100% cancellation fee.
3.5 'The Operator' reserves the absolute right to cancel any service as a result of weather conditions, insufficient numbers or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. In this instance, you can choose to reschedule directly with 'The Operator' or request a credit from the Everything Travel Group.

4.0 Levies, EMC, Pay on Board Fees, Insurance
4.1 All activity and reef companies in Australia are required by law to have public liability insurance.
4.2 Reef tour companies are also charged an Evironmental Management Charge by the government each time a customer visits the reef (EMC).
4.3 In order to defray the cost of risk management, public liability insurance and the reef tax, 'The Operator' may charge each person a levy or 'pay on board fee' which is payable direct to 'The Operator' on the day of activity. Where possible the cost of this fee will be shown on your e-ticket. Fees are generally between $5 -$15 per person per day.
5.0 Extended terms and conditions
5.1 Everything Travel Group and/or 'The Operator' accept no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays or cancellations of the services and activities by 'The Operator'.
5.2 This e-ticket is based on fares and tariffs which are, to the best of Everything Travel Group knowledge, correct at the time of issue. Any increases since the date of issue are at the cost of the passenger payable to 'The Operator'.
5.3 We advise that all activities do carry a degree of risk and that by participating in the activity provided by 'The Operator' you are expressly assuming those risks personally and are releasing 'The Operator' and Everything Travel Group from any liability, claims, losses, damages or expenses.
5.4 Open dated Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non refundable.
6.0 Privacy Policy
6.1 Everything Travel Group is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
6.2 Everything Travel Group uses cookies to allow you to acess and purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Everything Travel Group only last while you're browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
6.3 By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you give Everything Travel Group permission to email you occasionally with promotional material.
6.4 Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

7.0 Security Policy
7.1 Everything Travel Group protects your credit card transactions with powerful 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts all your personal and credit card details to prevent it being read during transmission over the Internet. It changes it into 1 of more than 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 different combinations (that's 3 quadrilliard if you're wondering).
SSL safe connection, and other proven secure transaction technologies, have safely protected the thousands of Everything Travel Group customers who have booked online since we launched in February 2004.
8.0 Change & Cancellation Protection
8.1 Why take Change & Cancellation Protection (CCP)? CCP provides flexibility and peace of mind and will protect you if you change your mind or need to cancel a booking for any reason. As long as you contact us no less than 72 hours prior to the departure time of the specified activity we will allow you to change the time or date of departure for no additional cost or cancel your booking all together and receive a 100% credit or 75% refund.
8.2 Everything Travel Group must be notified of a cancellation or change request either via email [email protected] or phone (Aus) +61 2 9136 9447.
8.3 CCP is not travel insurance. The Everything Travel Group do not take any responsibility or cover for any out of pocket expenses caused before, during or after travel. CCP is limited only to the value of activities booked & paid for via the Everything Travel Group website at the same time CCP was purchased.
8.4 CCP is only available prior to completion of your transaction and can not be purchased retrospectively.
8.5 CCP is non refundable.
