will I be able to rent open back fins and dive boots

    Comments

Hi Bill, they use mostly closed foot fins but have a few open heel fins which do not need booties.

I own full diving kit, what do you recommend that I bring ? Are rental cameras which take an SD card and nitox available?

    Comments

Hi Bill, you're welcome to bring your own equipment, although Coral Sea Dreaming supply everything so it's completely up to you. There is no nitrox on board, but camera hire is certainly available at $40 for one day or $60 for two days

What part of the reef do you usually go to in early March?

    Comments

Hi Kai, the reef sites that are visited are determined according to the weather at the time. A typical excursion for Coral Sea Dreaming will visit Flynn Reef, Milne Reef and Thetford Reef. In stronger winds the boat will travel north and most likely visit Hastings, Michaelmas and Breaking Patches reefs.

    Hello,

Can you advise availability for the 5th Jan (or around that date) for 2 people. One of us is a certified diver and the other has done 11 dives but is not certified. Can you accommodate us and what would you recommend we book the trip under?

    Thanks,
    Emma

    Comments

There is availability at the moment for this trip, however it will start to fill up quickly over the next 3-4 weeks.

Hi there, I dont like deep waters but live snorkelling - do you moor the boat to relatively swallow water where you can snorkel too?

    Comments

Hi Adele, yes Coral Sea Deaming will park up right next to the reef. There is no really deep water and you can see the bottom where the boat is moored and when you are snorkelling.
