If your idea of a perfect holiday is escaping the crowds and visiting some of the Great Barrier reefs most pristine locations then let Coral Sea Dreaming take you into paradise for a 2 day and 1 night trip you will never forget. The SV Coral Sea Dreaming is an 18 metre steel ketch with a beautiful wooden interior. The cabins are all air conditioned, consisting of 6 shared bunks for the social and lone travellers and we also offer 3 private cabins for honeymooners or couples alike.

SV Coral Sea Dreaming has exclusive access to 29 moorings spread over 9 different reef locations, you will visit some of the best outer reef sites such as Flynn and Milln reef. Catering to a maximum of 12 guests on board, we guarantee low group numbers providing you a more intimate dive and snorkel experience. This trip is perfect for the first timer or the more experienced water enthusiast. A relaxed schedule and our on board compressor allows for unlimited tank refills for you to really maximize your in-water time.

With an abundance of marine life, you can immerse yourself in a kaleidoscope of colourful coral and stunning fish. Enjoy a charismatic turtle lunching on the reef and other popular species such as giant trevally, placid reef sharks, timid sea snakes and playful schools of cheeky dolphins to name a few. The best time to experience the creatures and marvels of our reefs are after the sun goes down so suit up and dive below the surface to witness the nocturnal shenanigans of the local critters. Night diving is available for certified divers only.

After a full day’s activities, you will tuck into a delicious home cooked meal, made fresh on board whilst enjoying a cold drink or two under the star filled sky. Envision your wishes as shooting stars zip through the crystal clear night sky while you find your Zen among the serenity of the Great Barrier Reef.

Duration

• 2 full days including 1 night on board the boat

• Operates Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday all year

Other Information

• Bring sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, camera, swimmers and beach towel, overnight bag and long pants and jumper in cooler season
• There are 6 bunk style beds & 3 double rooms available (12 beds in total)
• The minimum age for introductory diving is 12 yrs. There is no maximum age
• The minimum age for certified diving is 10 yrs. There is no minimum age
• Additional certified & introductory dives are available to purchase onboard
• Everyone will be required to fill out a Medical Waiver Release & Indemnity Deed onboard the vessel
• Please leave at least 24 hours after your last dive before flying
• Beer, wine & soft drinks available to purchase onboard (no BYO alcohol permitted)
• Camera hire is an additional cost on the day. BYO SD card or purchase SD on board
• Vegan, Gluten Free and Dairy Intolerance can be catered for. Please specify in "Additional Information" when booking
• Cancellations from 7 to 30 days prior to departure – 35% cancellation fee
  Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure and no shows – 100% cancellation fee
