Fitzroy Island is the perfect destination for exploring the Great Barrier Reef. Start your day with a morning cruise from Cairns onboard a Sunlover Reef Cruises air-conditioned catamaran. Upon arrival in Fitzroy Island, you have the full day for bush walks, visiting the Fitzroy Island lighthouse and discovering the famous Nudey Beach. When you are ready for lunch, you can check out Foxy’s Bar before a stroll across the beach to see the Turtle Rehabilitation Centre. 

Snorkelling and glass-bottom boat tours are hugely popular activities when visiting Fitzroy Island. • Underwater cameras available to hire onboard the ferry
• Cafe & licenced bar available on the island
• Prams are permitted however we recommended packing light or using a baby carrier where possible due to space limitations
• Lockers are not available on the island
