Once you paid, you won’t receive any conformation email in a day or 2 days later, that means they only get back to you by 24 or 48 hours later, within the 24-48 hours, they just won’t issue you anything you paid for. It was a very bad experience for my booking with 2 families over 11 people.

Understand there were some challenges but it seems from previous reviews that this was a common issue over the last few months. For people who may book reasonably last minute this sort of booking system means people will book thinking they have something organised to a week later finding out it is now not available. In that week they may miss out on other activities because they thought they were going on your cruise and the other places booked out in the meantime. Either your system needs attention to prevent overbooking or it is a concious decision by the company to potentially protect against cancellations and that is pretty poor for your potential customers. This was our 1st weekend free of our kids and we were really looking forward to the dinner cruise only to be deflated when it was cancelled.

Thanks so much for your question regarding the Cairns Dinner Cruise. Unfortunately, the Spirit of Cairns vessel does not have a ramp to enable wheelchair access when boarding. In addition, the facilities onboard are accessed via a ladder so this would not be suitable for wheelchair users either. Apologies for the inconvenience.

If your booking was made throughout December, we had received an increase on booking requests ready for the Christmas and New Year Break. We do try to reply to all our customers within 12 hours. Once again we are sorry, I hope you enjoyed your tour.
