Hi Karen. Yes that's right, there are no transfers available from Cairns for the afternoon low isles cruise however you can get picked up from Cairns for the full day trip. There is an additional charge of $40 per adult for return Cairns transfers and you will get picked up from your hotel and dropped back afterwards. Cairns is an hour drive from Port Douglas.
