Description

Hartleys has become synonymous with fascinating wildlife presentations that both educate and entertain, and included in your admission are crocodile and snake shows. Embark on a day of visiting Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures, widely recognised as Tropical North Queensland’s best crocodile viewing location.

When you arrive at Hartley’s, you will be able to explore the park at leisure, including access to the very special Wetlands cruise, an eco experience through the Melaleuca wetlands, which is steeped in ecological significance and the natural home of the Saltwater Crocodile.

Journey through the rest of the park, marvelling at the diversity of the wildlife within that includes turtles, water birds, cassowaries and wallabies. Witness the fearsome way enormous Saltwater Crocodiles shake their heads and execute death rolls at the Crocodile Attack Show. If you’re feeling particularly brave, hold a crocodile and pose for a photo (own expense). At the Snake Show, get acquainted with some of the most poisonous snakes in the world before departing at 4:50pm.

• Transfers from Cairns & Northern Beaches depart approx 8:30am, 10:30am and 12:30pm
• Transfers from Palm Cove depart approx 9:00am, 11:00am and 1:00pm
• Operates daily all year 

Other Information

• Transfers must be booked for minimum 2 people at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability
• Child rates (4-15yrs) & family rates available (2 adults + 2 children)
• Infants 0-3yrs are free of charge
• Crocodile, python and koala photos are available throughout the day for an additional cost
• Koala Holding photos $29 Single, $36 Couple (11:30am - 2:30pm)
• Koala Patting photos $21 Single, $29 Couple/Family (10:30am - 1:30pm)
• Python or small Saltwater Crocodile Holding photos $23 Single, $29 Group of 3 or more/Family (10:00am - 4:00pm)
• Additional activities are available for purchase on the day, such as pole feeding a freshwater or saltwater crocodile (availability and age restrictions apply)
