Although we never actually made the trip as my partner ended up in hospital, when I spoke with the tour people they did not hesitate to offer the refund and they dealt with everything. I received an email from Everything Australia soon after and was told the refund would be issued and received within 72 hrs, it was received in 48hrs. I have no complaints with either company they have both been most helpful. I have no problem in recommending them.

It was one of the best experiences of my life and the crew made everything very very comfortable and entertaining.
Evolution the boat was super amazing. All in all recommend this for scuba snorkel and heli ride!

Great experience and great staff! Would highly recommend. The food was ok, and wish the extra dive had been clearly marked as something you need to pay extra for, but it was a great experience overall

Very helpful and kind to talk,not only when the activity was booked out but when there was a transaction issue with the coordinator of the activity, the lady directly sorted out the issue while I was still on the boat.

Service was really good, our agent went above and beyond to fulfill our request for our son to complete a bucket list tick of diving on the Great Barrier Reef.
I would definitely use then again.
We had limited access to the internet so the agent was happy to call us and chat on the phone.

We were charged a reef tax on the day that the website said was included in the fee. Furthermore the wetsuits/stinger suits came with a fee which was not disclosed until after everyone used them... could you not have told us beforehand? Overall the staff were friendly and our dive instructor yasu was a champ

For the intro diving, you will be in a group of 4 people and your experience will last up to 20 minutes. On this dive you will be taught the basic skill required to dive down to a depth of up to 12 meters while accompanied by an instructor.
Hi team, just enquiring about the Cruise Dive Heli Package. I would like to surprise my partner on his 30th birthday in August with the intro dive option, however I am not interested in doing an intro dive myself. Just checking that this is ok, and that we won't be completely separated for half the day while he does his dive?
Also, as there is only one day that we can do this tour before we continue on with our holiday, what happens if the weather is bad? Are we able to get a refund?

What an awesome suprise this will be! You won't be completely separate, this will all happen on the same boat. So the only time apart will be when he is learning to dive and experiencing the reef on his intro dive. You'll barely notice his gone while you are enjoying the epic snorkelling! If the weather means the trip is cancelled then you certainly can get a refund, or if you were continuing your travels around Australia, you could use the credit towards any of the activities on our site.

Heya, It does include 1 x introductory or certified dive, 10 minute scenic helicopter flight and Guided snorkelling tours with mask, snorkel, fins. It does not include a glass bottom boat.
I'm looking to book this trip and just wanted to confirm that I don't need to have gone scuba diving before this trip to participate or need some type of scuba licence. Thanks!

For the Get High Package dive & helicopter combo in Cairns, you do not need to have a scuba licence as we can book you on the introductory scuba diving. If you are a certified diver then you can also do this combo.
At what time of the day do the introductory dive sessions begin?

The reef boats from Cairns usually arrives at the reef around 9.30am which means you will first be in the water around 10am for snorkelling or diving.
For how long do you get to dive?

Hi Rasmus. Each scuba dive lasts for between 20 - 40 minutes depending on how quickly you use up the air in your tank. You will be able to do 2 - 3 dives in total at the 2 different dive locations.

Thanks for your question about the Get High Package, the tour ends at approximately 5 pm and returns back to Cairns Marina. The marina is a 12-minute drive to the airport.
